We teamed up with vProject again to shoot the very talented Mr Benjamin Francis Leftwich about an hour before the doors opened for his first gig at the Princess Pavilion in Falmouth. First of many we hope :)
Ben kindly sat down for 2 songs, chosen by us here they are please watch, enjoy and if you like what you see, and enjoy our films please share them about, the more views we get the more films we can make in the future for your enjoyment.
Stole You Away
It seems like only yesterday that we filmed an impromptu session with Sam Beeton in the disabled toilet at the Princess Pavilion in Falmouth, fast forward a few months and with the extensive help of Rusty Gray again from vProject (cameras and edit) we treated Sam to a more idyllic location this time around.
With mere moments to spare before his performance at the Boardmasters beach sessions supporting Xavier Rudd we whisked Sam off to the cliffs above Crantock beach to film this.
Check it out hope you enjoy it….
Ahead of his EP review which will be forthcoming on the site, we grabbed the chance to film Gareth Lee shortly before he took to the stage in support of Pete Murray. Singing the beautiful ‘Lifeline’ on the Bandstand at the Princess Pavilion (yes we did shut the gate after we’d finished).
Thanks as always to vProject for their invaluable expertise, SW1 for giving us the run of the place (what would we do without you!), Pete Murray and Gareth Lee .
Coming thick and fast now, here’s a session we shot with the help of Rusty from vProject at the Pete Murray gig a few weeks ago. Pete kindly had 3 local talents as support acts, here’s one for you in the shape of the very lovely Kaj Skjervik. Playing Long Way Down on the Bandstand at the Princess Pavilion we managed to catch the sun before it went down behind the buildings. Such a beautiful place with some beautiful tunes to go along with it.
Thanks to vProject for the helping hand as always, Katy and Liam at SW1 Productions, Pete Murray and Kaj…of course.
We once again teamed up with the guys from vProject to shoot an artist that I’ve been so eager to meet for a long time. Take a bow Emily & The Woods (not In The Woods:) with a gorgeous version of ‘More Like Me’
When I learned that Emily would be on tour supporting Newton Faulkner it was a no brainer to organise a session. My camera skills are sadly lacking in this session as I for some reason decided to shoot in B&W, and with a crap grainy lens…you might one day see my footage which I’m sure would amuse you all. Thanks to Emily, Lottie, Rusty and Alex for all making this happen. Special thanks to Katy and Liam at SW1 Productions and to the good people at the Princess Pavilion for letting us take command of the stage for 20 minutes as it was too windy and rainy to shoot on the bandstand this time.
I think you’ll agree that it turned out pretty well.
